The submission is processed by an AWS Lambda function and delivered to our team via email through SendGrid's email delivery service. Your data passes through the following services:

• Amazon API Gateway — receives and routes the form submission
• AWS Lambda — processes and validates the form data
• AWS Secrets Manager — securely stores API credentials (your data is not stored here)
• SendGrid — delivers the form submission as an email to our team

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your inquiry form data is delivered to our team via email and is not stored in a separate database or CRM system. We retain inquiry emails for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the communication and any resulting engagement. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your inquiry from our email records within 30 days.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Service providers — SendGrid (email delivery) and AWS (infrastructure) process your data solely to facilitate the delivery of your inquiry to our team. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

We will never share your project ideas, business plans, or the content of your inquiry with any third party without your explicit consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts — loads the Plus Jakarta Sans typeface. Google may collect anonymized usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — processes outbound email delivery of form submissions, subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.

• API credentials are stored securely in AWS Secrets Manager
• Our backend enforces origin-based access control (CORS), accepting requests only from thebloom.guru
• Form input is validated both on the client side and server side to prevent malicious submissions

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
